Membership  FAQ

Q: How many services can I receive each week?

A: You can receive up to TWO services per day up to THREE days per week.

Q:  How do I cancel?

A: Please contact our member service team at 702-756-2208. You must call to request cancellation at least 3 business days before your upcoming renewal.

Q: Do I need an appointment to come in for services.

A: Appointments are always recommended to ensure availability but they are only required for Friday and Saturday services.

Q: If I don’t use the membership during the current billing month does the allotted services benefits roll over to the next month?

A: Unfortunately the benefits do not roll over. We strongly encourage you to come in for services each month.
